A full program of physical development activities, including non-credit, formal and informal, will be provided. Intercollegiate athletics will be part of the program but must be funded other than by the Commonwealth or the local sponsor.

Responsibility for providing the facilities required for physical development activities and intramural programs will be assumed by the College. These facilities will also be available for intercollegiate activities.
